Attorney Profiles

Scott A. Malleck is the founding attorney of the Law Offices of Scott Malleck, PA. Mr. Malleck earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Florida Levin College of Law. He also completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Florida, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree. Mr. Malleck primarily focuses on elder law, estate planning, and estate administration. Mr. Malleck is currently a member of The Florida State Bar and the American Bar Association, and is in the application process of becoming a member of Escambia Santa Rosa Bar Association and the Young Lawyers Division of the Escambia Santa Rosa Bar Association.

Although recently graduated, Mr. Malleck has been diligent in developing the skill set and knowledge base, which are necessary to be successful as a legal advocate. He has taken several steps, by actively engaging in meaningful work experience, throughout law school, to build, foster, and bolster the practical knowledge every attorney needs to effectively advocate for his current and future clients.

Mr. Malleck’s goal, as a practicing attorney, is to provide the legal guidance necessary to promote and establish the most successful estate plan for his clients. He utilizes a wealth of different strategies, which are appropriate to the individualistic nuances of his client’s situation, in order to meet the demands of a successful estate plan. Mr. Malleck believes that first impressions are indicative of the way any professional relationship will develop and he wholeheartedly believes that a client, whether they choose to continue forward with Mr. Malleck or not, should feel comfortable and have complete trust in the attorney with which they choose to establish an estate plan. Mr. Malleck believes that trust and communication are the two most paramount pillars of the attorney-client relationship and are vital to the development of a successful estate plan.
